Common questions
How long does a project take?
Design typically runs two to four months depending on scope and permitting; construction ranges from three months for a kitchen to a year for a whole-home renovation with an addition.
When do I get a real budget?
Early. We develop a working range during discovery and refine it alongside the drawings, so there's no surprise when the drawings are done.
Who is my point of contact?
One project manager owns your schedule and communication from pre-construction through the final punch list.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Permitting, engineering coordination, and inspections are all managed in-house as part of the contract.
